We are seeking an experienced Algorithmic Trading Specialist to develop execution algorithms in the futures. Experience with Equities is a plus. This person should have strong quantitative skills and previous experience in Algorithmic Trading.
Responsibilities for this role include: Development of execution strategies primarily for futures and secondarily for individual equities including design, implementation, simulation, testing, analysis and performance monitoring.
Requirements include:
• 5+ years of financial market experience
• Expertise using statistical analysis and methodologies
• Demonstrated success in the development of automated execution algorithms
• Strong quantitative, analytical skills, and problem solving
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
